Grape Wassail

2 Cups Sugar
12 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Cloves
4 Sticks Cinnmon
4 Cups Grape Juice
12 Tablespoons Lemon Juice or Juice from 4 Lemons

Bring sugar, water, cloves and cinnamon to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove spices. Add grape juice and lemon juice. Serve hot.

Lemonade

5 Quarts Cold Water
3 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Citric Acid
2 Tablespoons Lemon Concentrate
2 Lemons, Sliced
Ice

This makes quite a bit and so when I make it, I use my punch bowl. Mix water, sugar citric acid and lemon concentrate together. Add sliced lemons. You can either add ice ahead of time or just put ice in each individual glass. If you put the ice in ahead of time, you may have to make a few adjustments after the ice melts. I try to make this recipe a few hours ahead of time so that the juice from the lemons has time to mix with the lemonade.

Citric acid can be hard to find. You need to get it from a pharmacist. Some pharmacies don't have it in stock but are happy to special order it with some notice. I have had the best luck finding citric acid in medicine shops and not the pharmacies that are located in stores.

White Slush

8 Cups Water
3 Cups Sugar
12 Oz. Can Frozen Limeade Concentrate
Sprite

Bring water and sugar to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool down. Add frozen limeade. Freeze. To serve, make slush and then serve with Sprite.

Orange Julius

6 Oz. Can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Cup Cold Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
8-10 Ice Cubes

Blend in blender until slushy.

Instant Root Beer

1 Bottle of Root Beer Extract
8 Cups Sugar
4 3/4 Gallons Luke Warm Water
5 Pounds Dry Ice

In a five gallon container, add all ingredients except the dry ice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add dry ice 30-60 minutes before serving.

Hot Chocolate Mix

14 Quarts Carnation Powdered Milk
1 Large Jar Coffee Creamer
2 Pound Box Nestle's Quick Chocolate
2 Pound Pacakge Powdered Sugar

Mix the above ingredients together. (You are going to need a really big bowl as this makes a huge batch.) Store in an air-tight container. Use 1/3 Cup cocoa mix to a mug full of hot water.
