Pie Filling Cake

On Wednesday's the Rexburg Paper does a section called Food Stuff. They ask local cooks to submit some of their favorite recipes. This is one that I came across. I thought it sounded good and am anxious to give it a try sometime.

1 Cake Mix, Any Flavor
1 Pie Filling that goes with the chosen cake mike (chocolate with cherry, vanilla with peach, etc.)
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Oil
Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture

Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture on the bottom. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes then remove from pan.
