French Dip Sandwiches

Beef Roast
Hoagie Rolls
Mozzarella Cheese
Packet of Au Juice

Cook the roast in the crockpot during the day. Then to serve I place shredded meat on hoagie rolls and top with mozzarella cheese. I place in the oven at 350 and cook for about 10-15 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy. I cook the packet of Au Juice according to the directions. To serve I pour the Au Juice in individual custard cups. That way everyone has an individual dipping bowl for their sandwich.
