Brown Sugar Muffins

1/2 Cup Butter (Not Margarine)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Milk

Combine butter, eggs and vanilla. Cream together. Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
