Carmel Popcorn

1 Cube Butter (not Margarine)
3/4 Cup White Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Karo Syrup
1/4 Cup Water
1/8 Teaspoon Cream of Tarter

Combine ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the softball stage. Take off of the heat and add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Pour over popcorn.
